I am passionate about delivering software transformation solutions that work for everyone affected and I strongly believe the best and most sustainable way to do that is to involve those affected by the change in every step of the process.

So expect to find my musings, thoughts, useful resources, guest articles, links to other resources, etc which I hope you will find useful, thought provoking or pssobily just to give you a smile.
